Yes. We work on DDP terms as standard — export crating, freight booking, customs documents and destination coordination are managed by our team. FOB and CIF arrangements are available for clients with their own freight forwarders.

Yes. We send installation technicians to assemble, wire and test the display on site, signing off before the first visitor walks through. For teams that prefer self-installation, we supply marked drawings, wiring diagrams and remote guidance.

Yes — full lifecycle support is part of our turnkey offer. We schedule seasonal maintenance, dismantle with re-use in mind, and can arrange refurbishment and storage between seasons so the same display returns for year two at a fraction of the cost.

Standard terms are 40% deposit by T/T to open the production slot, with the 60% balance paid before shipment against packing photos and shipping documents. L/C at sight is available for larger contracts. Every milestone is confirmed in writing with the quotation, so payment stages track physical stages you can verify.

Figures are designed with segment-linked frames that bolt apart, flat-pack into custom export crates with foam bracing and bubble-wrapped fragile details (eyes, claws, mouths packed separately), and load into standard containers under HS code 9505.90.00.00. Pieces over 5 m³ travel as bolt-together segments for on-site assembly, and each crate is labelled against the installation drawings so assembly runs to plan.

Yes. Structures are engineered for multi-season use: bolt-together frames, replaceable fabric panels and modular LED systems. With refurbishment between seasons — fabric refresh, LED checks, repainting — most clients run the same display for multiple winters.

Installation planning covers structure checks, site-condition material selection, electrical layout, lifting sequence, anchoring, route spacing and full testing — completed and signed off before the venue opens to visitors.

ISO 9001:2015 quality management, CE / UL compliant electrical systems, and project-specific documents including load calculations, fire-retardant fabric certificates, wiring diagrams and quality-control records. Full documentation packs are issued with each shipment.

Every shipment includes a spare-parts kit for the LED and electrical systems. During the season, our project leads respond to fault reports with remote diagnosis first, and on-site repair if needed. Post-season refurbishment quotes are issued on request.

Builds are climate-matched: wind-load calculations to stated Beaufort ratings, IP65—IP67 weatherproofing depending on exposure, and temperature-rated components from -30°C to +50°C. Desert, coastal and alpine variants use upgraded materials and sealing.
