One partner.
One contract. No excuses.

Fragmented suppliers create delays, safety risks and budget overruns. We deliver the whole chain — design, production, shipping, installation and the seasons after — under a single accountable team.

What a turnkey
project includes

Six service areas, one accountable team. Take the full chain or only the stages your operation needs — every option is confirmed in writing before work begins.

02The Journey

Five steps from brief
to switch-on

Every step is owned by a single project lead — the same voice from your first message to the night the lights come on.

Week 0-1

Consult

We learn your event theme, venue conditions and traffic goals — then translate them into a practical brief with a realistic timeline and budget range.

  • Venue & site review from your photos and plans
  • Theme direction aligned to your audience
  • Timeline worked backwards from opening night
  • Transparent quotation with milestone tracking

Week 1-3

Design

A custom light plan takes shape: concept art, 3D renders and site previews showing exactly how each piece sits in your venue — approved by you before production.

  • Concept art matched to your theme brief
  • 3D renders previewing scale, colour & atmosphere
  • Route plans for visitor flow and photo points
  • Revision rounds until you sign off

Day 1-45

Produce

Master artisans build every piece in our own Zigong workshop — six controlled stages, quality records at each handoff, and photo updates as your lanterns take shape.

  • Technical drawings map every weld and panel
  • Steel frame, fabric and paint under one roof
  • QC checkpoints recorded stage by stage
  • Progress photos shared through the build

Week 6-8

Ship

Bolt-together frames flat-pack into custom crates, load into containers and move under DDP terms — customs documents handled, sailing from Chongqing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Qingdao or Guangzhou with 15—50 day ocean transit, arrival tracked to your venue.

  • Custom export crating with foam bracing
  • DDP shipping to your destination
  • Customs & compliance documents issued
  • Every crate labelled to install drawings

Install

Our technicians assemble, wire and test every piece on site — structure checks, electrical sign-off and route spacing completed before the first visitor walks through.

  • On-site assembly & anchoring
  • Full electrical testing and sign-off
  • Crew training for daily operation
  • Spare-parts kit handed to your team
Prefer self-installation? We supply marked drawings, wiring diagrams, numbered crates and remote guidance — many venue teams build with their own crews.
03Documentation

What lands on your
procurement desk

Every project ships with a complete documentation pack — the paperwork your safety officers, insurers and city authorities will ask for.

04Lifecycle

The seasons
after switch-on

A lantern display is an asset, not an event. Our lifecycle services keep one build running for years at a fraction of replacement cost.

M

In-Season Maintenance

Fault reports answered with remote diagnosis first; on-site repair dispatched when needed. Spare-parts kit ships with every build.

X

Dismantling

Careful teardown with re-use engineered in — panels packed flat, frames bolted apart, nothing cut that shouldn't be.

R

Refurbishment

Fabric refresh, LED checks and repainting between seasons, restoring first-season impact for year two and beyond.

W

Storage & Re-Deploy

Off-season storage options and modular reconfiguration — the same pieces re-planned for a different layout next year.

Most clients run the same display for multiple seasons — fabric and LED components are engineered for 2-3 outdoor seasons, 5+ indoors.
05Comparison

Fragmented suppliers
vs one accountable team

Fragmented Chain
  • Design studio, factory and installer all separate
  • Blame passed between contractors when things slip
  • No single safety document set
  • QC gaps between every handoff
  • Who maintains it after opening? Nobody.
Turnkey with Spark Lantern
  • Design, production and install — one team
  • One contract, one accountable project lead
  • Complete documentation pack per shipment
  • QC at all six in-house stages
  • Maintenance, dismantling and storage continue
