What lanterns actually cost

Factory-direct FOB price ranges from current Zigong production. Most buyers compare quotes from three sources — these are the numbers a real factory quotes against, so you can spot the intermediaries.

Small accent pieces (0.6—1.2 m)$60 — $260 per piece · 3—5 weeks

  • · Volume pricing — per-piece price steps down as quantity rises (e.g. same design at 14 units vs. 35 units quotes ~30% apart); programme orders earn a negotiated package discount
  • · Payment terms — T/T: 40% deposit to open production, 60% balance before shipment against packing photos and shipping documents; L/C at sight for larger contracts
  • · Freight & duties — ocean shipping, insurance and destination charges are additional to FOB (roughly 4—8 weeks transit to major ports); DDP quotes fold everything into one number
  • · Minimum order — one piece; a single landmark lantern is a normal first project
